Issue Description

The lesson text panel needs to resize when the text is longer. The issue is the text overflows the panel, but even fixing that will cause the panel to be too tall and get in the way of the on screen controls.

I think that we need to both make it resize and also make it just a little wider. This is most noticeable in Excavator challenge mode step 2. Examples
