More clear when I'm running through it now. There should be. There is some stuff that were open questions that we have not talked about. So some of it I'm realizing now was not. You weren't set up to for success there. So give me a second. Let me. I can just share my screen and run through the lesson and we can talk about it together if that sounds good.

Carl Lowther#2

Yeah, that's perfect.

Devin Callahan#3

Okay, let me share my screen.

Carl Lowther#4

And then I'll have all day to work on this. And then if I have any more questions I can ask on the one on one.

Devin Callahan#5

I might ask you to push back our one on one. Or we can do our one on one today like in this meeting. We'll see how long this goes. I've been having trouble sleeping all week, so I would like to have the opportunity to catch up tonight. But we'll see.

Carl Lowther#6

That's totally fine.

Devin Callahan#7

We can push it back. Okay, lesson four, first thing, I'm still working on this stuff down here. Do you want me to just run you through the high level of the lesson real quick?

Carl Lowther#8

Yeah, let's do the high level real quick and then we can get into the details on each step.

Devin Callahan#9

So I'm going to ignore the actual lesson for now. Lesson four is set up like this. You start out, you put in kick out pressures again in this case, let's say 1500 and you put in the blend data. So we're going to need to have a solution for. There's like on site they read a chart either off a clipboard or like off their phone or whatever and they put those numbers into these, you know, this blend data here. Okay. We're gonna need to figure out a way to present that to them. We can either have a floating menu that they open just for this step or we can have some sort of clipboard thing. We don't need to have that figured out right now. But they. So the first step they do is they enter the pressure and then they come in here, enter the blend data. I want to say I want to set this one to 14, by the way.

Carl Lowther#10

Do we know these numbers yet?

Devin Callahan#11

What was that?

Carl Lowther#12

Do we know these numbers yet?

Devin Callahan#13

I don't know if they have decided exactly which ones they want you to set them to. Whatever for now I, I just made them different. So like 15 and 14.

Carl Lowther#14

Okay.

Devin Callahan#15

I think it might actually be the. I think you do the letter ones first. But either way you set the, the blend data, then you. I don't know why I'm going to try to show off here I should just do this. Enter blend datas. Then you hit mix control and this screen is messed up. You hit start water and when you do that, you're going to see this open up right here, this water valve, and it will go to 50% then. But they haven't opened the water yet. So the first thing they're going to do, they're going to open that and they're going to confirm that this is open. Then next step, they're going to turn on the water, which is open the valve, engage the pump and ramp up the throttle. They know this from the other lessons.

Carl Lowther#16

And confirming the water valve is open, that's visually on the actual water valve itself.

Devin Callahan#17

That's a graphical level. Oh, I read it on ui.

Carl Lowther#18

Yeah. Okay. I just want to double check.

Devin Callahan#19

The water valve itself will have rotated.

Carl Lowther#20

Yep.

Devin Callahan#21

They hit start water and it runs for a little bit and then it will stop. The amount it stops at is one of the things we'll have entered in the blend data. I'm not 100% sure on all these values yet, but I know it'll stop like this. And when that happens, they turn off the water and they ramp down the pump. They ramp down the pump or ramp down the motor because now they're going to turn on the recirculating loop and throttle that up.

Carl Lowther#22

Okay.

Devin Callahan#23

And then they're going to call out to the bulk operator to turn on cement. The first thing that's new to this, that we haven't talked about yet, at least I don't think, is that not only is there a manual valve on the actual mixer head, which I thought was just left open all the time, that's why I ignored. I'll show you what that looks like. They also want you calling out to the cement operator like the guy standing at the bulk truck, opening and closing and they. They open both every time. So we're just going to treat it as one action for the sandbox controls. I have a master cement slider over here. For the sake of our simulator, you press this to call out and they open it. And you press this to open the lever on your side. All you're doing here is you're opening both sides of the cement host and you're calling out. Then you hit start cement. And when you hit start cement, you'll see that this opens to 30% and immediately this starts rising autocomplete. And they'll go to the next step. Now, instead of just letting this go to the percentage they're waiting for. 15.6. What they do is they wait till they get to 13.6, so 2 below, then they're going to switch to manual, and then they hone in on the target manually. So you just open the cement valve and you wait. The best practice is to open it all the way and then turn it down to 30%. And the idea is it's just more precise control.

Carl Lowther#24

Gotcha.

Devin Callahan#25

So once it gets to 30%, they throttle the motor down. This valve is gated to a reading on this flow meter. So ramping this down will automatically close that valve too. But neither you nor there. I have these steps in here talking about sample the slurry, and I have these in the storyboard as well. Grayed out. I don't. I think we're just going to cut this entirely from the lesson, but I'll call out in VO that this is where they would weigh it up.

Carl Lowther#26

Would have done it.

Devin Callahan#27

Yeah, yeah, yeah. So what that is is on the recirculating loop, there's a nozzle and you can put a cup there and get a sample of the slurry and then you can go weigh that on other stuff. But that's okay. So if we do. If we do have to add it, it would be right here. And it's on all the same steps where you have to come over and do this anyway. So it's like, all right, there it would fit. It'd be annoying to have to add it. So I'm going to say we're not adding it and hopefully they're fine with that. Okay, so to summarize so far, what we've done, we turned on the water and hit start water and it filled up to a percentage. Then we hit start cement and it filled up to percentage. But instead of just waiting for it to the percentage, we did it manually at the end. Gotcha. Now we are going to switch to auto engage the 4x4 and ramp it back up. And when we do that, now the mix system, because I didn't hit start mix yet, now I want to start mix. And when I do that, the mix system is now going to. If it doesn't mess it up for some reason. Oh, I'm on 14 like an idiot. If you have it set to 15, it will then keep it right at that threshold. This. It's actually pretty bad. It will kind of wobble around having it. So doing it manually makes it way easier to get in on it, even in the proof of concept.

Carl Lowther#28

Okay.

Devin Callahan#29

So once they have hit the. Once they've hit the density and it overfills and all that. They wait until this is 80% full, and when it is, is when they start pumping. And then this is the exact same thing you already know.

Carl Lowther#30

They.

Devin Callahan#31

They open these two valves, engage the pump, and start pumping. Before they pressurize the pump, I added the horn in here.

Carl Lowther#32

Okay.

Devin Callahan#33

They should honk the horn first. They want to be matching the rate of pumping to the rate of the mixture. That's another thing that you enter in the blend data is the mix rate. And then when you pump, this rate should match that rate. Okay. So now they are going to do this, and it's just. It's in stasis. It's mixing the same amount, and then it's overflowing, getting pumped at the same rate. So everything looks the same. They're going to say, okay, we've pumped everything. They're going to throttle this down. And then they're going to call out, they're going to turn off the inputs for both water and cement. So they're going to call out to the guy and say, yo, man, I'm done. And they're going to close this valve, and then they're going to turn. They're going to disengage the water, too, and they're going to come in here and hit stop. We might want to break this up into more steps. But it's all turning off the mixing. Now they are going to do the downhole boost. So basically, they have pumped. Now they need to get this cement out into the well, too. Right. So what they do is they flip these two valves and then ramp the pump. And when they do that, let me turn this down a little bit. You'll see it kind of overflow. It's flowing both ways, so.

Carl Lowther#34

Right.

Devin Callahan#35

It will do this. You'll see it overflow and then empty immediately. And as soon as it finishes overflowing, you hit neutral and disengage it.

Carl Lowther#36

Okay.

Devin Callahan#37

And close the valves so you shut down as soon as it's done. Gotcha. Then we ramp down and turn off these things. The. The. The pump. So that was it. That was one blend. Our. So to summarize what we did, we hit start water and it filled water up to like 40%. We hit start cement, it filled it up and got to the right density. We used manual to make that smoother. Then we turn on. I'm sorry, we turn on water, got to the water level. We turned on the recirculation and then added the cement. Because the cement won't open without that. We get to target. Then we Hit mix and it overflows. We pump that. When it's done, we downhole boost, and then that's it. That is pumping one batch. Now, the previous plan was to do that twice in this lesson, and then in lesson five, we were going to do one more batch. And during that batch, things would go wrong in writing this. That's a fucking lot. And so I've been trying to find solutions, and what I've landed on is this. I'll pull this up in the workshop so it'll be a little easier to see. This is the second batch. So basically what I was thinking is that instead of having them do two full batches and then start a third batch, we have them do one and a half batches in this lesson. So they are going to do the first few steps of mixing batch two. Oops, that shouldn't have happened. And then they stop at the point where the mixing is stable. So, gotcha. Then lesson five is going to start with them on a stable mix, and it's going to jump right into things going wrong. And that will allow us. So basically, instead of doing three, two in the first one and one in the second one, plus troubleshooting, we're going to do one and a half and one half.

Carl Lowther#38

Yeah, that makes sense too.

Devin Callahan#39

Okay, so that is. And then from there. I'm sorry. So then from there they do the same beginner steps again. So I'll run through that again just for the sake of argument here. They are going to start water. They'll see that this opens, and then they're going to engage the mixing pump and water is going to immediately jump in. It will stop automatically. So they ramp it down and turn off the water. Then they are going to turn on the recirculating loop and the cement. I'm sorry, they're gonna. I combine these.

Carl Lowther#40

So.

Devin Callahan#41

Yeah. So they turn on the recirculating loop and then they're gonna hit start cement.

Carl Lowther#42

Okay.

Devin Callahan#43

And once that's done, they kick it down. I'm gonna, for the sake of argument, just stop it right there. Makes it easier.

Carl Lowther#44

Yeah.

Devin Callahan#45

Finally killed it. Okay. Then they're going to switch back to auto engage the 4x4 and hit mix. And then they are going to start pumping. Because on a real job site, they would get to this point and then they'd be sitting here for 20 minutes. You know, like, this is the part where they've gone up and stable. So I think this is where we lend end our actual lesson. And a lot of these are a lot of actions, but it's the same thing where it's like they would say, oh, that's not too bad because they get it all. It just seems like a lot. So that's. Yeah, that's the scope of lesson four. And we can talk about lesson five too, tonight if you want, because I have almost all of that download. So the big thing about this lesson is that we need to have the mixing system set up properly. So I want to talk to you about how that works. Is that a good thing to spend our time on right now?

Carl Lowther#46

Yeah, I think so. Let's do that. And then before we end, I want to go through it manually with you. I go through the proof of concept on my side and then I think that'll cover everything and that'll be enough for today. Okay.

Devin Callahan#47

So the important thing to understand about these mix the mixers is that kind of what their limitations are. And you may already know a lot of this. This valve is the water valve and it is getting increased or decreased based on this reading. This valve is the cement valve and it is being opened or closed just based off of this reading. 15.6. So there's a really big delay. Like if it wants to add cement to the system, it opens more here. And then that cement has to like build up and mix and then get through the loop. So there's a lot of a delay.

Carl Lowther#48

Gotcha.

Devin Callahan#49

The mixing system and all this whole system is nothing more than two valves being balanced by these two sensors. So all of the things that we're going to talk about are just happening with that in mind. I feel like it's a lot easier to understand when you pin it down to just these two things. So I thought it was more complicated than it actually was. Like, I thought, for example, if you hit something like this that it would slow down. Like it has this leveler on here. You would think that, oh, no, I'm getting close. I'm going to ramp down. Doesn't do will just overflow. So I have that. That's blinking at us here, right? It does not. So this throttle, if you ramp that down, it is going to notice the flow dropping and the water meter will open. So you'll see that like, as I do this. And the cement valve is always being compared to the water valve. They're trying to keep a similar ratio so it will lower with it when the water valve goes down. Because there's two variables. It's like it's seeking both. When you. This, this. The cement valve is locked to a reading from this and I Would guess, honestly, it might be using the flow, too, to choose how much cement to add. Because when it adds cement powder, it's adding it to this slurry coming in. But the important thing here is that it will react to the throttle. But the user most times shouldn't be doing this. They should be leaving it like this. But you'll see these two valves react. They are keeping the same ratio to one another in relation to the difference in this ratio. So, for example, if. If I dump this out and put water in there, It'll reach the target density now. Okay. So they're kind of even. And if I drop it down. Oh, I'm sorry. I realize I'm misquoting this. It's. It's keeping the flow the same. So because the. The throttle's going down, the water valve is compensating by rising so that the flow water stays the same. I'm sorry, kind of meandering point. But everything happening there is happening in those instances. The master water valve. We've gotten different answers on this for a bunch of times. So I've made a ruling. This is now not part of the mixing software. Changing this does not change this.

Carl Lowther#50

Okay.

Devin Callahan#51

The switching to auto and then switching back closes them. And. I don't know if that's actually how it works, but I've decided it probably is. The real thing that I've decided is that hitting stop closes, must close then. Okay? So with that in mind, I think that's about everything you need to know about these is that hitting stop closes them. Hitting start water starts the water. It goes. It only opens the water and it goes to the start water amount. Hitting start cement just opens the cement valve. I don't think it hits a target. I think you don't. It must because they have you.

Carl Lowther#52

Okay.

Devin Callahan#53

Hitting start cement only opens the cement valve, and it probably seeks the target and then mix engages both at ratio.

Carl Lowther#54

Okay.

Devin Callahan#55

I don't think there's anything else in here that I want to talk about. Yeah, that's about it. That's about it. I just needed to have all of these behaviors right so that all the steps you do with them were correct. And so that took me a lot of time, unfortunately. Okay, no worries. Do you have questions now or do you want to run through it?

Carl Lowther#56

I don't think I have any questions. Yeah, keep them.

Devin Callahan#57

Lesson starts, the flowback valves are closed, and the well is open. You don't have the well model restart.

Carl Lowther#58

Okay. And here you don't really have it modeled of the well. It's just kind of emptying into the void. I wanted to double check on that.

Devin Callahan#59

Yes, I am just entering into the void. I made a slider so that zeros open 100 is blocked. But like this kind of in. This is pressure.

Carl Lowther#60

Right.

Devin Callahan#61

Like that was my stand in for that. That is more than. Honestly, this is enough for all of phase one. We're not going to have to do anything more complicated than this until phase two.

Carl Lowther#62

And so just depending on the lesson, we'll have that fully open or fully closed.

Devin Callahan#63

Yep. I think in the environment we might have like a cap on it or something. I don't know.

Carl Lowther#64

Okay.

Devin Callahan#65

And then for Val, this is just the binary cement thing. In the next lesson we're going to deal with that was part of why I started talking about mixing system. We're going to deal with the idea of like the flow goes out or the flow is reduced. And what you'll see is that the cement valve, it's not smart enough to understand like, well, I'm at the right ratio. It's just going to go need more cement. Yes, sir. And just keep increasing. So you'll like this. This is the change. This is sandbox controller. All I'm doing is just linearly reducing the amount of cement coming through from its maximum to zero.

Carl Lowther#66

Gotcha.

Devin Callahan#67

Okay, here, let me. I'll kick the camera or I'll. I'll stop sharing the screen if you want to jump in and run through it and ask me questions as you go.

Carl Lowther#68

Yeah.

Devin Callahan#69

How was your weekend by the way?

Carl Lowther#70

Pretty good. My father in law came to the to Cebu and so we got to see Odyssey for the second time. Cool. He wanted to see it so it was fun. It was good. He had a good dinner. Good weekend.

Devin Callahan#71

How do you like your family? Are you guys close?

Carl Lowther#72

Yeah, they're really, really nice. Yeah, they're awesome.

Devin Callahan#73

Rachel's family, they feel like family to me in a way that like I've never experienced outside of my own family. And it's like such a difference maker in a relationship. It's crazy. Yeah.

Carl Lowther#74

Okay, set up. Okay,.

Devin Callahan#75

Quick start. If you go to lesson four, it has that. It should have that saved.

Carl Lowther#76

Okay, perfect.

Devin Callahan#77

I actually. Okay, you're playing it from git. I push an update to this right before we started the call.

Carl Lowther#78

Yeah, I do have that.

Devin Callahan#79

Okay, perfect. Just making sure. I've just been tidying up with the guidance items and highlights and stuff.

Carl Lowther#80

This one.

Devin Callahan#81

It'd be okay if you weren't missing it.

Carl Lowther#82

I definitely have. Okay, perfect. I see you have tests and stuff. Now. Nice.

Devin Callahan#83

Yeah. One of the things I did recently was I had it go through the recommendations for the new models and adapt the project to those, and it built a bunch of that stuff.

Carl Lowther#84

Nice. Okay, lesson four.

Devin Callahan#85

I do have the storyboard in document form on the SharePoint, if that's easier for you to access, by the way.

Carl Lowther#86

Yeah, I'll make sure I have that today. Documents,.

Devin Callahan#87

Production resources, scripts. And then it should be storyboard. I think I just have the one version up there in my F2 less important storyboard.

Carl Lowther#88

Yep, Storyboard. Okay. Perfect. Yeah, this is exactly what I need, because I need per step. Yeah, this one's perfect. And we're just going to step 21,.

Devin Callahan#89

And we can make. If we find the pacing on this, this is one of those where it's like I'm trying really hard to balance the pacing that they would think was normal versus the pacing that Forger Effects would think is normal.

Carl Lowther#90

Right.

Devin Callahan#91

So this is. I'm okay with stretching this out if we need to, to make the pacing more natural.

Carl Lowther#92

Okay, that makes sense to me.

Devin Callahan#93

Okay, back to here.

Carl Lowther#94

All right. So we do want the user to set their pressure. We're not setting it by default to 1. 5. 5.

Devin Callahan#95

I would be okay with. I would like for the. I would like for them to either let us cut it or maybe even we move it to the end of the previous lesson. The thing about it is that I think they're going to be reading it from the job sheet, and we're introducing that here, so we might want to just have them do it. I thought it might be easier to introduce entering data from the sheet on this step with the thing they already are familiar with.

Carl Lowther#96

Yeah, that makes sense.

Devin Callahan#97

So I would like to cut it. I wouldn't be surprised if we end up getting stuck with it, though.

Carl Lowther#98

Yeah, it's not that bad.

Devin Callahan#99

And then Master Water and Mix Control are on. They're on in the other lessons, too, but this is the first one where it matters, so I want to bring the attention to it. We might be able to cut this, but.

Carl Lowther#100

Okay, that makes sense to me. Next. Then you back.

Devin Callahan#101

And you can either go to Next control or you can go to blend data up here.

Carl Lowther#102

Yep. Okay, so these are. Wait,.

Devin Callahan#103

Those are linked screens. Yeah, Hitting blend up there. That those are linked.

Carl Lowther#104

Okay. But this is. This main is supposed to take you back to main, correct?

Devin Callahan#105

Yeah. Yeah. I still haven't gone around to fixing these. I assume that the easiest way would be just to import what you've done. Like to fix these.

Carl Lowther#106

Yeah, that's Totally fine. Okay, These are two are linked blends to blend. Okay, so Are we leaving Blend 1 alone?

Devin Callahan#107

No, they're gonna enter. They're gonna enter one for each of these and it's gonna be a of a step.

Carl Lowther#108

Okay.

Devin Callahan#109

But I assume that there's no. They're going to want us to have them enter them. And we don't have a lot of smart instructing we can do except for. Yeah, enter the numbers. So all in one step here.

Carl Lowther#110

Okay. Yeah, we'll see how that feels. And so then we're going to be setting density. What, what numbers here are we going to be setting?

Devin Callahan#111

It would, I believe the like it would be four. It might be these numbers. I'm not confident on these numbers but it is like the density, the yield, the water rate. I think it is these four requirements.

Carl Lowther#112

Okay. And so then this, you said this fills automatically to a certain volume. Where's that volume set?

Devin Callahan#113

I believe it's that water required thing.

Carl Lowther#114

But I.5.2 is. Because I want to try to make these set up. If we don't have it, I can set a default, but it's just better to get it all into one shot.

Devin Callahan#115

But if we don't have that. Okay, I can work on getting these. I've been kind of, I've been kind of ignoring it because I was considering it part of like the numbers and the details. I've been hand waving it. I can work on getting these for you and getting you answers on these.

Carl Lowther#116

Okay.

Devin Callahan#117

I can tell you for a placeholder, about 40% capacity on the tank is a good start water. I have some of the formulas for these.

Carl Lowther#118

Okay, that's fine. I just want to make sure I get these or that's not lost in the details. Okay. So it's probably going to be these four. We need to figure out what these are, what the yield is because density makes sense. That's what, that's what the target is for the cement valve. But yield, water requirement and mix rate. I wasn't sure on what that means.

Devin Callahan#119

Yeah, I want to say that mix, mix rate is literally just like how fast is it mixing it? And then that's what you're matching to the pump.

Carl Lowther#120

Oh, that's right. That's the pump rate that you're matching outwards. Okay. Yep.

Devin Callahan#121

So in lesson five, they're gonna to address the fact that the cement they're gonna have to cement they're gonna come in here and change this and then throttle lower.

Carl Lowther#122

Gotcha. Okay, that makes sense.

Devin Callahan#123

Yeah. So they enter the blend data for the three. And then that's that stuff. They hit save and it brings them back to the dashboard.

Carl Lowther#124

Okay, so these three. Main. Main.

Devin Callahan#125

Next.

Carl Lowther#126

So now we're going to mix control. We are going to make sure Blend 1 is selected. And then we're gonna start water.

Devin Callahan#127

Yep. So you'll see the Valve jumps to 50%.

Carl Lowther#128

Jumps to 50%.

Devin Callahan#129

This doesn't necessarily need to be a confirm action. We could just call this out in vo.

Carl Lowther#130

Okay, that's fine. Then where would we see that? Because the knob isn't going to actually change.

Devin Callahan#131

You would see it on the mixer head itself. You'll see that if you switch it to auto. If you switch it to manual real quick and just play with those dials to see they move around. I don't have it lined up correctly, but that is what you'd be confirming.

Carl Lowther#132

Okay, it looks like cement. Doesn't change that one.

Devin Callahan#133

But.

Carl Lowther#134

Okay, but water does. Okay, that makes sense.

Devin Callahan#135

Oh, it's not opening because the recirculating loop isn't running.

Carl Lowther#136

Oh, it owns. Oh, because it's okay. Yeah, that's what you said. It has to be running for it to be open. Okay. Yeah, we'll get. We'll get to that. Okay.

Devin Callahan#137

Okay, confirm it's open. You got it.

Carl Lowther#138

50%. Okay, skip over. Okay, valves open up valve. This is infinite water.

Devin Callahan#139

Yeah.

Carl Lowther#140

Remember that? I think I have that working. We're gonna set up the 4 by 4. That starts water all the way up. That's more water. Next water. Whatever the water percentage is will default that to 40. Right now I just need. Okay, that hits and then that automatically closes the water valve once whatever value it's hit is hit.

Devin Callahan#141

So now you're just disengaging the pump because we're not using it.

Carl Lowther#142

Yeah. Okay. Oh, I have a question. Did you get to be. Get in the headset and try the throttle?

Devin Callahan#143

Bopping. I can't remember if we talked about that. No, I haven't. I should have done that for you already. Thank you for reminding me.

Carl Lowther#144

No worries.

Devin Callahan#145

Yeah, I'll do that for you tomorrow.

Carl Lowther#146

Yeah, that's fine. No worries. Okay, then we're opening up valve one for that and then five so that we have the recirculating loop. Turn on the six by five, turn on the throttle motor and we're going. Are we going to want to confirm the discharge pressure? Because it's going to be on a different screen. We need to go back to the other screen to confirm flow.

Devin Callahan#147

I'm not sure if the screen when you hit like start water I feel like it might kick you back to the dashboard anyway.

Carl Lowther#148

Okay, that might be.

Devin Callahan#149

I need, I need to, I need to look more closely at it.

Carl Lowther#150

Okay, no worries.

Devin Callahan#151

Yeah, they want us to confirm flow and it helps us teach about what's happening. So let's assume, yes, we may have.

Carl Lowther#152

Them just look inside the bucket and they're not the bucket inside the premix because you should see water coming in. You would.

Devin Callahan#153

Yeah, that'd be totally okay too.

Carl Lowther#154

So we may do it that way depending on what the screen setup is. I can do both. Okay, so next, call out the bulk operator. So for now do you want me to leave the bulk operator always on or do you want me to already set up the call out like they're going to be looking at somewhere in the environment pulling the trigger?

Devin Callahan#155

Yeah, I'm thinking about just having. Do you remember on Halliburton how we had the like call out button to operate?

Carl Lowther#156

No, I didn't work on Halliburton at all. I worked on performance.

Devin Callahan#157

So basically there was another console operator in Halliburton and you had to coordinate. So on those steps there would just pop up another button like at the console, just a floating UI button and it would say call out to operator and you'd press it and it would do it for you. So what I'm thinking is that right next to the manual valve we put a call out to operator button. Like floating. It just appears on those steps.

Carl Lowther#158

Okay, that's fine. So call out. So that gets open and then this is a manual cement valve, correct?

Devin Callahan#159

Yep. I can show you what that looks like, but it's. It's just a butterfly valve, just like all the other ones. It's just on the mixer head itself.

Carl Lowther#160

Okay. I'm not sure if I have that one, but I will double check.

Devin Callahan#161

No, it's new.

Carl Lowther#162

Okay. Okay, so it's new. Perfect.

Devin Callahan#163

I assumed that it was part of like how you clamp the thing to itself but it like I'd clamp the hose but it turns out they actually use it so I've been ignoring it.

Carl Lowther#164

Okay. Did you go through these? I guess you didn't pump cement. So I don't know if you guys did this on site.

Devin Callahan#165

We got a very, very, very hand waved version from the land operator. And then everything I've been doing has been with a sea based offshore SME. So I've been leaving a ton of like a lot of the questions are because he doesn't know for sure how it works. So I've got lesson four set up And I have it like right enough that we can show it to the land based SMEs and they can quickly go, oh no, let's change these two things.

Carl Lowther#166

Okay, that makes sense. Okay, now that we're here we can hit. Sorry.

Devin Callahan#167

Now that we're here, start submit Star cement.

Carl Lowther#168

Yeah, that automatically. Is it always 30%?

Devin Callahan#169

Yes.

Carl Lowther#170

Okay, so we're letting that go. Go next. Okay. Two below our target. So they're just, they're just going to be watching.

Devin Callahan#171

There's watching. Yep.

Carl Lowther#172

Yeah, I guess they would have to be on the main screen to be watching this.

Devin Callahan#173

Yeah, I guess so.

Carl Lowther#174

Yeah. Okay. And so then once it hits 2 below, we're going to flip this control off a 2 below.

Devin Callahan#175

Yeah, so 13 anyways, that's plus. And then you just use the cement valve, open it up all the way and then bring it back down and that's the best practice thing. You just open it up all the.

Carl Lowther#176

Way and then slowly. 15 Point. What were we going for? 15.66. Okay.

Devin Callahan#177

Yep.

Carl Lowther#178

So close enough.

Devin Callahan#179

Yep, There. So now if you go into our next step.

Carl Lowther#180

Now we'll go back to mix control up throw probably on the motor amp of the slurry. Did I do this twice?

Devin Callahan#181

Yeah, they want us to per batch which is why I was like I don't, I don't think so.

Carl Lowther#182

Okay, that was weird. Okay, sample is Larry. Okay, next. Okay, now we're here. Now we're switching mix. Okay so so is it back to auto first and then mix or mix and then auto?

Devin Callahan#183

Do you know he said he was very particular that you hit mix first. I'm sorry, hit mix control back to auto then hit mix. And he was very specific about that order, although the order seems weird to me. So I'm going to confirm it.

Carl Lowther#184

Okay, so mix control mix. Engage the 4x4. Throttle up the pony motor. That's now adding water. Yep, it's now adding cement. C is working. Yeah.

Devin Callahan#185

See when, when you have it like this, it stays stable really well.

Carl Lowther#186

Gotcha. Okay, once it goes over.

Devin Callahan#187

And there's, there's no. It doesn't actually have to be at 80%. It can be like there's no mechanical reason. That's just best practice.

Carl Lowther#188

Okay, and then this, this tub level is the downhill side, correct?

Devin Callahan#189

Yes, I have that corrected now.

Carl Lowther#190

Okay. And then what's this number on here? This is just the barrels barrel numbers I'm assuming.

Devin Callahan#191

I guess there's three different versions of that density screen and you need, I need to figure out. I don't know what they are So I need to figure that out. Okay. I'm sorry for not having some of these answers for you.

Carl Lowther#192

No, it's. It's totally okay. We're. What are we. We are pretty far, you know, 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 and a half months ahead.

Devin Callahan#193

Yeah. But we're talking about a lesson, so I should feel like you're working on a lesson, so I feel like I should have all the answers about that lesson. I know, but you need to slow down, really, is what I'm hearing here.

Carl Lowther#194

Yeah, I'm going too fast. I'm anchoring for that raise. Yeah. Open valve 10 so that we go down.

Devin Callahan#195

Yep.

Carl Lowther#196

Open valve 12. So we're going there. Shift into drive, throttle it up. And we're trying to match the six or whatever got set in the lens. Okay. Oh, I should have honked the horn. Whoops. Sorry guys. Okay, so balance the input to the down hole. This is just going out somewhere. I think I have that somewhere, but I gotta check.

Devin Callahan#197

Yeah, you can have it just vanishing from the pumps from now. That's totally fine. Yeah, I just have it vanished.

Carl Lowther#198

So now has been continued until the desired quantity has been pumped.

Devin Callahan#199

Yeah. So you'd get to. You've now pumped your 70 barrels or whatever. I think like a fast forward button or something. An actual lesson for the user. But.

Carl Lowther#200

Okay. And then we throttle down the honeymoon. Call out to the bulk cement. Close that. Close the manual valve. Disengage the 4 by 4 back to mix control. Stop. Okay, next. Should we have closed? Oh, this is still emptying.

Devin Callahan#201

Okay, that's okay.

Carl Lowther#202

Five, seven. So now that we're doing that, now we're emptying, we're just basically pulling from both of these. Yep. Do you know why the downhole side goes up? It's just kind of.

Devin Callahan#203

The. Because if you block valve 12 real quick, just turn it off, that's what it comes.

Carl Lowther#204

So it's splitting both directions.

Devin Callahan#205

Okay, that makes sense. And it will actually keep overflowing too. So what's happening is just that while that's happening, the. The pump is still pumping down hole from that same line. So you're seeing both curves happening and you just get that drink and then fall.

Carl Lowther#206

Yeah. Yeah, it's going both directions. Okay, that makes sense. Yep. Okay.

Devin Callahan#207

If. When we need to get more, like when we need to start modeling. Well, pressure that would be affected here, you know, like it would be harder. Right. More of it would go five. So it would shoot up the downhill side further. But that's.

Carl Lowther#208

Yeah.

Devin Callahan#209

Way down the line.

Carl Lowther#210

Yeah. Okay, next. And now that's empty. Release the throttle. Neutral. Lows, lows.

Devin Callahan#211

So, yeah, you just. You just shut down the HD 400 there, just like I did.

Carl Lowther#212

Yeah, yeah. Next. Ramp that down. Ramp that down. Close and close. And that's it. That's the whole.

Devin Callahan#213

That's a batch.

Carl Lowther#214

Yep.

Devin Callahan#215

And now we're going to do the exact same. We're going to do half of the.

Carl Lowther#216

Half of it. Yep. Okay, so we're going to go here. We're going to go to blend two.

Devin Callahan#217

Yep.

Carl Lowther#218

We're going to start water. That's going to go to 50%. Turn on the 4x4. Add the throttle. We're still taking water out of two. Okay. So we can visual. Because we can visually confirm this. Yeah, because it's on. It's a visual thing. Okay.

Devin Callahan#219

We can also, like, take. That's the kind of stuff that we're using to teach them about it while they're doing it. We can take that out during the second pass.

Carl Lowther#220

In the second batch. Yeah. That makes. Yeah. So this should hit 40.

Devin Callahan#221

That may be one of those things too. Like if we want to start getting scoring to be more like performance tracking. That's the kind of thing where we take it out and then we track if they looked.

Carl Lowther#222

Yeah. Okay. Okay, ramp that down. That down. Next, we are opening valve 1 and 5 for the recirculating loop. Right now, spinning bulk operator. Open the cement valve. Okay.

Devin Callahan#223

I thought these two might be okay to combine together because I wanted to show them like that valve is contingent on this loop. So I have the step where they're separate and then we do them together in the next time. Next batch. I don't think it works as well. It turns out to be an exhausting step, but that's the idea.

Carl Lowther#224

We're going to go tell 13.6. A little bit more. Oh, if you turn that off. Yeah. Can't turn it by either.

Devin Callahan#225

I think that's how it works.

Carl Lowther#226

Yeah, that makes sense. Okay, all the way up and then go slowly down. Okay. Probably on the other screen for this. We'll figure those steps out. Sample the slurry. Not doing that. Oh, I had. I. I already knew the steps, so I had done it ahead of time for the. Okay, draw that down. Sample the slurry again. No, Next. Four by four.

Devin Callahan#227

This is part of why I assume it must stop it. Because when you switch back to auto, he's like, yeah, then engage this stuff. And I'm like, there's no way. You'd be spraying water everywhere. It must stop.

Carl Lowther#228

Yeah.

Devin Callahan#229

Yep. And then the next step is just to engage the pump and achieve that stasis.

Carl Lowther#230

Right. Okay. So once that's starting to go up, we open 10, so that goes down. We open 12, honk the horn, maybe. Shift into drive, throttle that out. Not all the way. We're supposed to go like here. We want to match our. Whatever that number was.

Devin Callahan#231

Let's call it six.

Carl Lowther#232

Okay. And then we're done. Yep. Okay. I think.

Devin Callahan#233

I.

Carl Lowther#234

Think I got like 80, 90%. I should be able to get quite a bit. It might take me since I. There's a lot more systems I need to do, especially with the density. Yeah. But my hope is I get less than four done this week.

Devin Callahan#235

That would be huge. That will see what I need to do. I need to see what we need to do for the other lesson.

Carl Lowther#236

Or not the lesson. The client delivery. What do you want to show them?

Devin Callahan#237

I don't really want to give them.

Carl Lowther#238

The moments a lot.

Devin Callahan#239

At the end of the day, we. I would love to show them something in the upcoming delivery. And then we have the one after that where we actually have deliverables if it turns out. But I'm not willing to rush or divert priorities to get something into this build for this week. If we could have a lesson two for him to begin demoing, that'd be wonderful. If we could have the console, that would be wonderful. If we could have both, wonderful. If we have neither, that's fine.

Carl Lowther#240

Do you mean the console? The actual model setup?

Devin Callahan#241

Yes.

Carl Lowther#242

Yeah. That won't happen this week because I didn't have the fbx, I don't have the fbx, and I don't know how much work it's going to be to get the controls moved over.

Devin Callahan#243

Right. So if we could have just something that we can show him with more interactivity, that'd be great. Because right now he has a build he's excited about, but nothing to do in the build.

Carl Lowther#244

Right. I don't.

Devin Callahan#245

I don't. If there's a. I don't need to push you any direction for this build. You can just keep working at whatever is the best path forward for you.

Carl Lowther#246

Yeah. I just need to know what to turn off because I know I need to turn off. Lesson three. We can. We can put lesson one in. That's fine. Tutorial. I need to turn off.

Devin Callahan#247

Yeah. We could put in less than 1 as a starting point. Sure.

Carl Lowther#248

Yeah. I'm just trying to see how much because I'd like to add some of lesson two, but I don't want it. The whole lesson Two.

Devin Callahan#249

I'm not. I'm not too confirmed. Concerned about seeming far ahead. So, like, if we put just whatever the sincere state of lesson two is out there, that's totally fine.

Carl Lowther#250

I just worry.

Devin Callahan#251

Rachel in the background says that she thinks it'd be more impressive. It was more polished when they saw it for the first time.

Carl Lowther#252

Yeah.

Devin Callahan#253

Because I do like this tab thing.

Carl Lowther#254

I love it. It's way better. Especially because I have an ultra wide.

Devin Callahan#255

Yeah, it's.

Carl Lowther#256

I love it. Anyways. Anyways where I was at. Yeah. Because this is September. I'm definitely fine giving them the full lesson at the beginning of September so they can get in. But yeah, I'm trying to see if we should just give it to them. It's a lot less work for me to just hand it over.

Devin Callahan#257

Yeah. I mean, if it's work for you to make it seem like we're less far ahead than we are, I don't think you need to do that work.

Carl Lowther#258

Yeah, it should only be like 30 more polished.

Devin Callahan#259

But I think we can just share the enthusiasm with Rodrigo and that'll be. That'll be enough.

Carl Lowther#260

Yeah. When is that due? When do you want that made?

Devin Callahan#261

When do I want what?

Carl Lowther#262

The client meeting, the client bill. Do you want that for the meeting or do you want it Friday?

Devin Callahan#263

Friday we can do Friday.

Carl Lowther#264

Okay, so I'll aim for Thursday so you have time to test. Rachel,.

Devin Callahan#265

Is that to both of us? Yeah.

Carl Lowther#266

Yeah. I definitely think we should put lesson one in. I don't want any problems with that. And I think I'm okay with partial of lesson two. It's not hard to remove steps. It's just like cutting. Like it's just literally removing. It's like 30 minutes.

Devin Callahan#267

What stuff.

Carl Lowther#268

So start up. Start deck engines. That's fine. Flood the systems. Confirm equalization between the tanks. Might. I might get to less to step six or maybe around eight. I might give them all the way to step eight. I need to check it in headset.

Devin Callahan#269

To see how that feels, though. Do we have the so well right now in headset, the console levers don't match the label. Right.

Carl Lowther#270

Correct.

Devin Callahan#271

If they're running through this, they're going to be getting guidance to the wrong levers.

Carl Lowther#272

I can just turn that label off. So they would still get the correct guidance. You just don't see the labels on the thing because the correct.

Devin Callahan#273

Oh as well. If they're getting the guidance. True. If they're getting the guidance, that's fine then. I was testing the build. The last client for him. Him had no.

Carl Lowther#274

Guidance.

Devin Callahan#275

So there was no guidance. So, yeah, okay, never mind. That's fine. That's fine.

Carl Lowther#276

Okay. Yeah, I will check it and I will do. I will work on getting a build end of my Thursday so that you guys can check it your Thursday. We can deliver it. If there's anything I need to change my Friday that works and then we can get it sent out Friday. Okay, let me put that on my calendar maybe. Okay. Thursday end of my day. Come on. Event title. H. HCS Client build. How do I get optional add Optional. There we go. Okay. Okay, perfect. I will get a client build out by then. You guys can test it all your Thursday. If anything comes up, I can get it Friday, get it sent out. That works for me.

Devin Callahan#277

Sounds great. Do you. Do you need anything for me for now? Are you feeling good about this?

Carl Lowther#278

I don't think I need anything else. I will keep running through it and reviewing it, seeing what I need between having the lessons, between having my AI look at what you've done for the mix screen, how it controls stuff. I feel like I'm fairly close.

Devin Callahan#279

Okay, great.

Carl Lowther#280

I will work on it today.

Devin Callahan#281

Getting those features are the thing that I know the most about behind the scenes because I know how they are supposed to work or at least how I've decided it's supposed to work. So if you have any questions about that, ask me. I can actually help with that for once.

Carl Lowther#282

Yeah, no worries. Yeah, I will spend. I will get. I'll see how far I get today. See if I have any questions on our one on one. But yeah, feel free to move this back. Okay.

Devin Callahan#283

No, you know what? It's your night. I'm not gonna kick it back.

Carl Lowther#284

No, I'm totally fine. I set it at 10 because once we hit daylight savings time, then it pushes to low. 11.

Devin Callahan#285

Okay.

Carl Lowther#286

And so I'm totally fine doing it at 11. I have no problem with that today.

Devin Callahan#287

Okay, I'm gonna kick that back then. Just for now.

Carl Lowther#288

Yeah, yeah, that's totally fine.

Devin Callahan#289

I don't know why I'm softening it. Like, I'm doing it less if I'm nicer about it. All right. Thank you very much.

Carl Lowther#290

Yeah.

Devin Callahan#291

All right.

Carl Lowther#292

You go get some rest.

Devin Callahan#293

I will work on this.

Carl Lowther#294

Thank you so much.

Devin Callahan#295

Of course. Have a great night. We are. We are crushing this. You too? Yeah. I can't stop telling people about it. My grandma called me to ask about the cruise and the first thing I told her was I was so excited about the cruise because we were so ahead on this project and I was thinking about all day about how good lesson four was. And I want to go on my cruise, and lesson four is going to be good. It's one of the most autistic things I've done in a while. My grandma's trying to talk to me about cruise. I'm like, grandma, I don't care. I'm more excited about the cruise because of lesson four. She was not having it, but we're crushing this, man. Great work.

Carl Lowther#296

Oh, we are? Yeah.

Devin Callahan#297

All right.

Carl Lowther#298

Yeah. Have a good day. Later. --- *Downloaded from Fireflies.ai*
