ForgeBot ยท Channel Context Refresh
Private proposal channel context is now mapped.
ForgeBot verified access, created the durable channel-context folder, checked the local proposal artifacts, and prepared this public-safe report.
Sanitized for public preview: client name, channel identifier, participant names, raw Slack text, internal links, exact file paths, and proposal-specific sensitive details are intentionally omitted.

What changed

- Added channel identity, durable memory, current state, people map, decisions, tasks, thread index, sources, runbook, summary, and open questions.
- Updated the channel registry so future ForgeBot sessions can load this context automatically.
- Confirmed that local proposal-source artifacts exist, while flagging that one local metadata file appears stale compared with late-channel activity.
