WM Heavy Equipment: the price sheet is filed in the wrong place
The proposal can't be scored, and it isn't because anything is missing. The workbook exists, it's complete, and it's sitting one folder deeper than everything else.

What's actually wrong
Back on 9 July, something wrote WM's cost workbook into a folder that shouldn't exist — a duplicate of the whole filing tree, nested inside itself. The link on the WM opportunity points at the normal place. The file is one level down from it. So the checker looks, finds nothing, and stops before it can score a single row.

└── WM_..._Driving_Safety_Training_Simulator_Cost_Table_...xlsx4 Jun
Both of WM's cost workbooks are in the duplicate folder, and the earlier one — Driving Safety, 4 June — went astray a month before Heavy Equipment did. Neither real folder has a cost workbook in it. The same thing happened to MRIGlobal and Kubota; only cost workbooks went astray, every other file for these accounts is where it belongs.
The move is clean
The real WM folder is live and in use — the client's vendor questionnaire, our answers with Devin's and River's comments, and the Driving Safety deck all sit there. Nothing with the workbook's name is in it, so moving the file overwrites nothing and merges nothing.
No record gets touched
The link stored on the opportunity already points where the file ought to be. Move the file and the checker finds it on the next run. No Salesforce field is edited, and putting it back is a single step if anything looks wrong.
What it buys
WM has no description scores at all right now — not low ones, none. This is the difference between a proposal nobody can measure and one that gets a real number. Given how the other three landed, expect that number to be below the bar.
What it doesn't fix
The duplicate folder tree stays, and whatever wrote the file into it is still aimed there. This makes WM work today. It does not stop the next proposal's workbook landing in the same place.
The wrinkle worth knowing
There are three folders named WM across the tenant. One is the real one. One is the duplicate holding the workbook. The third lives in an entirely different document library — the general team library rather than the internal one. It's not where the link points and not where WM's other proposal files live, so I'm leaving it alone. But if someone has been filing WM material there, that's a split worth closing.
